Sampler Guild of the Rockies

General information:

The Antlers Hotel is conveniently located in Downtown Colorado Springs.  Old Colorado City and downtown Colorado Springs are both close by, lots of restaurants and shopping.  Attendees of the Royal Needlework Retreat will have access to reduced room rate and the self-parking is complimentary and valet parking is $22 a day.  

 

We will also have an awesome shopping experience in the hotel provided by Sherry Baker, Country Crafts & Supplies.

Schedule:

Friday, February 6, 2026

• 5:00 pm – Royal Retreat opens – registrants will check-in at the meeting room to pick up materials, and select their seats, then step out to enjoy a lovely buffet style dinner

• After dinner, gather in the meeting space to be presented with the first Royal project by JBW Designs.

• Open stitching until the room closes!

 

Saturday, February 7, 2026

• 9:00 am – The morning program begins with a buffet breakfast.

• Morning: Vickie Jennett of NeedleWorkPress will present a beautiful reproduction sampler.

• Noonish: Lunch

• Afternoon: Third Royal project by The Blue Flower.

• 5:00 pm: Light dinner, Show & Share, open stitching until the room closes!

 

Sunday, February 8, 2026

• 9:00 am – Breakfast

• Gathering for final Royal project by Samplers Not Forgotten.

• 11:00 am – Farewell
